Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth flow of services. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising tasks and working with little supervision. Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders (internal teams, customers, vendors). Qualification in secretarial/office administration studies is required Core Responsibilities of Position Registering schedules on the LIMS system to facilitate the sampling and tracking of samples for analysis and reporting Liaising with customers and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes answering calls and addressing queries or forwarding to correct point of contact. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Assist colleagues whenever necessary Collection and taking of samples when required Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Preparing of sampling kits Key Success Factors: Proven experience in logistics support, office assistant or related role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organisational skills Familiarity with business operational processes Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri), Fixed term Location - Tuam, Co.
