Job Title: Chief Revenue Growth Officer

Description:

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all hotel departments.

You will lead the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue teams to identify and develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and maximise revenue. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, attending trade shows and client visits, overseeing marketing campaigns and online presence, delivering strategic business plans and revenue targets, producing regular sales and revenue reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Key Skills:

* Minimum 3 years in senior hotel sales & marketing roles
* Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management
* Experience in business development and trade shows
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven team leadership and motivation ability
* Commercial awareness, proactivity, and guest focus
