We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team in Limerick. As a key representative of our luxury brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional shopping experience tailored to individual customers' needs.
* Develop a strong rapport with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Advise and assist customers in selecting luxury items, showcasing detailed product knowledge.
* Provide insights into features, quality, and care of luxury products.
* Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.
* Maintain a visually appealing and clean counter display.
* Act as an ambassador, upholding the brand's values and reputation.
* Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including events or in-store campaigns.
Requirements:
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably with watches and diamonds.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in showcasing and handling luxury goods.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
