What’s involved:
Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and integration services
Work across cloud and on-prem environments in a regulated banking setting
Implement modern API security (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT)
Contribute to event-driven and microservices architectures
Drive best practices across CI/CD, observability, and engineering excellence
What you need:
5+ years’ experience in API/integration engineering (ideally in financial services)
Strong skills in Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python
Experience with API gateways, messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ, etc.), and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of security, scalability, and integration patterns
Must be based in Ireland
