Key Roles & Responsibilities: Set tables as needed prior or on guest arrival Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
Ensure hotel restaurant/bar is kept clean and tidy making for a safe working environment.
To actively up-sell and promote products in the restaurant in accordance with monthly target.
Report maintenance issues arising in all departments to F&B Manager or Duty Manager.
Complete relevant daily/weekly checklists as requested by F&B Manager and or Restaurant Supervisor.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
