You will own the sales process end to end and work closely with engineering and leadership to turn client needs into real, scalable solutions.Key responsibilities:Own and actively manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.Work closely with our presales and solution managers and solution architect to address clients needs with the most efficient approach and solutionBuild trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers; act as a strategic partner,Identify and develop new business opportunities across new and existing clients.Drive upsell and cross-sell of software development services and long-term engagements.Understand client challenges and translate them into clear, value-based solution proposals together with delivery teams.Maintain and grow a strong professional network; proactively generate and qualify pipeline.Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and move deals forward with intent and structure.Stay close to market trends in software engineering, delivery models, and client expectations.Responsible for strengthening our presence in Ireland and the UK.Requirements:Proven experience (min 5 years) in business development or consultative sales within software development / IT servicesStrong understanding of solution-based sellingConfidence in engaging senior stakeholders and closing complex deals.Natural networker with a proactive, opportunity-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple opportunities across different sales stages simultaneously.Commercial acumen, curiosity, and the ability to connect technical capabilities with business value.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; technical curiosityBased in Ireland, EU citizen, comfortable working with international clients and distributed teams.What we offer:Professional environment in a technologically advanced organization.Opportunities for further professional training and certification.High level of autonomy and ownershipFlexible working hours and hybrid work model
