Job Role:
A Commis Chef is required to assist the senior chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include preparing mise en place, contributing to service delivery and working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs.
* Cooking food to order
* Assisting on different sections of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs during service
* Contributing to kitchen health & hygiene standards
As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of Irish cuisine, working alongside an experienced team.
This is a full-time permanent position that requires 2 years' experience as a chef.
