Harvest Homemade Café, part of the Sheraton Athlone Hotel and Hodson Bay Group, is seeking Café Floor Staff to join our team, ensuring our café runs smoothly and our guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.
Note: This is a permanent position and requires full availability over seven days.
Weekend and weekday availability is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and clearing dishes to keep the café tidy
Cleaning tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
Warmly welcome guests and efficiently assist with their needs
Supporting the team as needed to ensure smooth operations
Maintain thorough knowledge of all product offerings, including menu items and beverages
Keep the work area clean, sanitised, prepared, and well organised before, during, and after service
What We're Looking For:
A warm, friendly, and engaging personality with a passion for customer care

A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
Experience in customer service is essential
A mix of respect, excellence, passion, honesty, flexibility, and a dash of fun
Fluent English communication skills coupled with an inviting and approachable manner
Full availability across seven days, including midweek and weekends
