Job Title:
Lead Mechanical Hvac Engineer
As a seasoned Lead Mechanical Hvac Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering client projects from initial brief to project handover.
Key responsibilities include acting as a Lead at the initial stages of projects, delivering high-valued input to cutting-edge designs, and supporting and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:
* Developing innovative design solutions for new projects.
* Interfacing with client design teams/end users.
* Leading Technical and Safety reviews.
* Design of Building services engineering design - leading the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.
* Managing people in the execution of the project life cycle.
* Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by your team.
* Planning resources, measuring, and reporting of progress of resources against agreed deliverables.
* Estimating resource requirements for projects through the life cycle.
* Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule.
Qualifications:
A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, minimum Level 8 Chartered Engineer. Minimum of 10 years in HVAC design, significant design experience in Industrial facility systems design, ability to work on own initiative, good networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, good commercial and business development awareness, keen understanding of project execution and engineering consultancy, familiarity with c GMP cleanroom regulations and standards such as ISO 14644, ISO 14698, and Eudra Lex Vol 4, VDI 2083.
