These projects would range from process engineering to building new trader tooling, experimentation, and proving hypotheses or suggested new project ideas using Artificial Intelligence or ML.Lead structured discovery sessions to map as-is and to-be processes, identifying difficulties and opportunities for improvement.Partner with collaborators inside and outside Trading throughout UKI and Global to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.Perform data and process analysis to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.Advise and assist team members on sound methods, working styles, and approaches. Encourage and guide ways of working within the team and across Trading.Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and deliver efficiency.Proactively identify improvement opportunities, structure and scope a solution, quantify its impact, prioritize compelling projects, and communicate it clearly to senior collaborators.Engage with senior collaborators across the Trading division to assess opportunities, provide updates on key change initiatives, and ensure clarity on decisions made.Identify use cases of AI / Machine Learning. Act as a bridge between commercial trading needs and our quantitative and data science teams.
