The Role
This is an opportunity to join a leading Corporate team operating at the top of the Irish market in private company M&A and corporate finance. The Dublin team is known for advising ambitious Irish businesses as they scale, raise capital, and exit; acting for Irish and international private equity, venture, and growth capital investors; and supporting international acquirers on Irish transactions.
The team is compact, and the quality and scale of work is top-tier. The team regularly takes the lead on high-profile transactions, offering exposure and genuine involvement in newsworthy deals. You will be involved in:
Working on private M&A transactions and corporate finance matters.
Advising scaling Irish enterprises and international clients on investments, funding rounds, and acquisitions.
Acting for private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors on Irish transactions.
Supporting international buyers on Irish M&A deals.
Gaining meaningful client exposure and involvement from an early stage.
Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Dublin Corporate practice.
This role provides an outstanding platform to build your reputation in the Irish corporate market while developing both technical expertise and client management skills within a globally recognised firm.
The Person
1 to 2 PQE.
Training and experience from a leading Irish firm or major international firm.
Strong academic background combined with commercial awareness.
Experience in M&A, private equity and/or venture capital transactions.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
