Lead Clinical Operations Team
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of direct reports responsible for designing and delivering clinical capabilities.
* Contribute to strategy and associated yearly goals and objectives leading staff in achieving strategy and goals.
* Recruit, develop and retain appropriately qualified staff, recommending, and implementing staffing decisions.
* Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion where staff feel comfortable speaking up and ideas are shared openly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and possess leadership skills to influence others and lead across business project management processes.
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 or more years of clinical research/project management experience is required. A bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical related field or equivalent work experience is also necessary.
This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as self-management and organizational skills. Work outside of core hours may be required to support the portfolio across the globe, and occasional travel domestically and internationally may be necessary.
