Overview of role:
Become part of a growing multi-disciplinary team delivering automated equipment solutions from concept through to full implementation
A great opportunity to gain varied experience in the design of high-tech engineering applications
Main Tasks:
Design and integrate control system software for automated machines including PLCs, Robotics, Motion, HMI, SCADA, Vision
Develop, test, commission & support machine control software
Design of equipment to CE, electrical, machinery safety and clients' standards
Interpret & develop design & validation documentation required for regulated industries (URS, FDS, FAT, etc)
Specification of control system components
Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary project team throughout an entire project life cycle
Experience:
PLC & HMI experience desirable, preferably with Allen Bradley
Knowledge of automated machine design, specification & development
Ability to create technical documentation
Familiarity with robotics, motion control, machine vision, pneumatics an advantage
Requirements:
