People Ops Compliance Specialist (Global / EMEA Focus) - 12 month contract - up to €51,700 per annum pro rata
My client is a multinational SaaS company in the financial tech industry with a portfolio of cutting-edge fin-tech and supporting hardware products that allow businesses to grow and thrive and customers to enjoy more choice for funding their purchases.
We're looking for an experienced
HR Compliance Specialist
to support global People Operations, with a strong focus on
EMEA
. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building scalable, compliant processes in international environments.
What you'll do
* Own and improve
HR compliance
processes across multiple regions
* Identify compliance gaps and drive practical, scalable solutions
* Operationalize
country-specific HR processes
* Partner with
Legal, Payroll, People Ops, COEs & Systems teams
* Support
audits, due diligence & compliance projects
* Implement templates, tools & automation for compliance workflows
* Collaborate globally across
EMEA, APAC & Americas
* Apply regulatory frameworks including
SMCR (UK)
and
Fitness & Probity (Ireland)
What you bring
* 4+ years' experience in
HR Compliance / People Operations
* Strong knowledge of
international HR laws & regulations
* Experience in a
growth-stage tech environment
* Confident cross-functional partner, comfortable working globally
* Experience with
Workday
or similar HR systems
* Proven ability to build
processes that scale
