The role represents an opportunity to play a key part within a highly respected supply chain team, working closely with clients and experienced consulting teams.The Marketing and Customer Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities and customer-facing project initiatives, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and a consistently high-quality client experience.The role interfaces directly with clients and internal teams and requires a proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing initiatives aligned to PerformanSCDevelop and coordinate marketing materials and customer communications with support from the consulting teamLead the planning and delivery of customer events, webinars, and campaignsMange website and social media in conjunction with external SEO and web service partnersEngage with current and past customers to maintain awareness of PerformanSC servicesWork closely with consulting teams to ensure effective execution of customer initiativesTrack actions, progress, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholdersManage customer opportunity report CRM and project reporting through internal systemsConduct and maintain research on marketing trends, and industry developmentsRole LocationThis hybrid role (3 days on site) is located at our offices close to Dunboyne, Co. Meath with some requirement to travel when necessary.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications, or demonstrable relevant experience in a similar roleStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with CRM, project management, or marketing toolsExperience in a customer-facing, marketing, or coordination role an advantageAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong interest in business and supply chain
