Inside Sales Telesales – Location: Dublin office at Centre Point Business Park.
This role supports the external Sales Team by promoting B2B lead generation solutions to new and existing clients, driving sales opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential customers in HVAC and Process Cooling industries.
Assist Sales Engineers, Customer Care Teams, and internal Sales with strategy development to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline and update the CRM with accurate, up-to-date information.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Handle outbound sales calls with established targets.
Technical Development
Develop deep understanding of HVAC and Process Temperature Control solutions including process chillers, temperature control units, related equipment, and installations.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them select suitable solutions.
Collaborate with external sales engineering and project management teams.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers as a trusted advisor.
Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Set leads and appointments on the CRM and collaborate with sales engineering.
Proactively establish positive working relationships with Customer Care Teams.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify improvement areas.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies and achieve objectives.
Internal Controls
Comply with QHSE and Trane Technologies initiatives and industry-regulated compliance, including risk assessments and QHSE training.
Follow internal code of conduct and ethical frameworks.
Additional Duties
Complete any other ad-hoc duties reasonably requested by the line manager.
Skills and Qualifications
People skills with a positive mindset.
Good communication abilities.
Sales, Business, or Engineering experience; B2B knowledge is an advantage.
Team leadership and collaborative teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems is an advantage.
Right to work in Ireland and a current clean driver's license.
