Job Title: Senior Process Engineering Manager About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced new product development environment. As a Senior Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple process development projects and core technologies. * Effectively manage multiple process development projects or core technologies by leading your PD team and/or being a core member for the Active Implantable Systems (AIS) Process Development team. * Define goals and execute deliverables associated with PDP/TDP projects, including PFMEA, capability analysis, DOE, root cause analysis, scrap analysis, Design Capability Matrix etc. * Bilateral coordination with other engineering managers and technical teams to resolve issues and meet project targets. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. To prioritize departmental activities effectively while ensuring flawless introduction of products through collaboration with six-sigma engineers/lean coordinators.
