Celtic Careers has an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator for our client located in Dublin 14.

About the role:
This is a key role at the centre of operations, ensuring the efficient running of the front office and providing vital support across multiple departments.
8. Manage reception / front office operations
9. Maintain customer databases, tracking calls and sales leads
10. Assist with marketing administration and provide service department cover as required.
11. Generate reports and provide administrative support to Directors and the wider team.
12. Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and supplies.
Skills & Experience:
13. Proven experience in a Reception/front office /administrative role.
14. Strong communication skills, Customer-focused with a professional, friendly manner.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
16. A motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have 3 years' experience in a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
