Information Security Risk Analyst Dublin €60,000 - €75,000 DOE Permanent My client, a global financial services organisation with a rapidly expanding Dublin presence, is seeking an Information Security Risk Analyst to join their Governance, Risk & Compliance function.
This role will focus on assessing cyber risk across internal environments and key service partners, supporting ongoing compliance initiatives, and helping mature the organisation's overall risk posture.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across technology and the business, contributing to risk assessments, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
The environment is fast-paced, structured, and highly regulated, similar to what you'd expect within major investment and insurance groups operating internationally.
The Role Support cyber risk assessments across internal systems and third parties Track remediation plans and follow up on open risk items Maintain risk registers and supporting documentation Assist with policy, standards and governance updates Contribute to reporting for management and audit functions Engage with stakeholders to communicate risks and mitigation steps Support regulatory alignment (GDPR, SOX, NIS2 etc.) Identify improvements to risk workflows and tooling Experience Required 2-4 years' experience in information security, GRC or risk management Strong documentation and organisational skills Understanding of cyber risk concepts and controls Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with policies, standards or frameworks Detail-focused with strong follow-through Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business Nice to Have Experience with GRC tools Exposure to vendor risk Industry certifications (Security+, ISO*****, etc.) Financial sector background Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
