Job Role Summary:
Mechanical estimators will work closely with the operations team to provide commercial and contractual support on multiple projects. Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, ensuring timely submission of applications, cost plans, variation details, claims, and other documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical contracting, including full tender processes from beginning to completion. A relevant third-level degree or mechanical trade background is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities
* Ensure timely submission of applications, cost plans, variation details, claims, and other documentation
* Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors
* Cost control/management of projects
* Monitor project costs against budgets, identify problems/opportunities, and recommend/implement change where necessary
