Property Management Position
We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our team in Dublin 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for property management and a drive for results. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential tenancy management, with experience in managing portfolios and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
* Tenant Liaison: Provide regular updates to tenants on all aspects of their development.
* Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to clients on the status of their portfolio.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lettings team, finance department, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient property management.
Requirements:
* A valid PSRA C Licence
* At least 2-3 years of experience in residential tenancy management
* Access to a car and a full, clean driving licence
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders
