Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cork, Ireland (WFH 2 Days/Week)
A leading Irish Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cork-based team.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to €90,000, along with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.
The projects will be a mixture of Residential, Fit Out and also schemes for Irish Water.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
Provide accurate cost control and reporting throughout all project phases.
Negotiate contracts, manage procurement processes, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and industry regulations.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
Support project teams to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in managing residential, fit-out, and infrastructure projects, including those for Irish Water.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
