Project Manager, Capital Projects Job Description
The role of the Project Manager is to work as part of a team in delivering projects to ensure that the business can operate in well maintained safe and sustainable environments.

* Responsible for delivering a series of projects annually aligned to the overall strategy of the organization
* Assemble and manage appropriate teams to carry out the necessary work and provide the relevant services for projects
* Manage consultants on each project in line with organizational policies ensuring timely delivery and within budget
* Competency to act in role as Project Supervisor Design Process on relevant projects and advise on optimum design solutions for building projects
* Managing stakeholder and providing timely reporting on projects progress and issues to stakeholders and Senior Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4+ years relevant work experience is essential. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. SafePass. Strong experience in construction Project Management. Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the delivery of building projects related to offices, stores, depots, and protected structures. Strong knowledge and understanding in relation to statutory obligations of Health and Safety legislation and its application in the workplace. Ability to plan work to deadlines.
Qualifications: IOSH Managing Safety in Construction. A sound knowledge of legislation relating to planning, construction, health & safety, energy and conservation in buildings. Good interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and the ability to organise and motivate teams.
