About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our environmental services. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to lead and manage the Environmental Science Team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project planning and delivery in coordination with Project Managers, leading multidisciplinary civil and environmental design teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery, managing client relationships and overseeing effective communications, identifying and driving business development and growth opportunities, supervising, mentoring, and supporting team members at various levels, reviewing and approving technical reports, proposals, and tender documentation, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance systems, management processes, and relevant health and safety legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant environmental discipline, with Chartership status. A minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience is required, including at least 5 years in a senior or managerial position. Proven leadership and team management capabilities are essential, as well as experience working within multidisciplinary design teams. Strong track records of engagements with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants are also necessary. Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management is required, as well as proficiency in budget creation and financial management of projects.
