Commercial Account Manager Role
This position involves managing an established commercial book of business as a Client Executive in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client insurance requirements through effective communication and relationship-building.
* Collaborate with Account Directors to achieve client account objectives.
* Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Candidates must possess a minimum APA qualification and be working towards CIP certification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Office applications is required, particularly Excel and Word.
