Job Title:
Store Development Team Lead
Our organisation is seeking a highly motivated and organised Store Development Team Lead to join its team. This is a full-time permanent position, which will require nationwide travel. The Store Development Team Lead will be responsible for store design and brand development while also managing the Store Development Team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Day-to-day activity of the Store Development Department.
* Project Manage existing store upgrades.
* Project Manage new customer store conversions.
* Manage Nominated Supplier List.
* Continuously identify and communicate customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to a safe working environment by complying with company work health & safety and safe work practices.
* Deliver an accurate monthly forecast that accounts for sales trends, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, NPD and product delistings.
* Work cross-functionally to drive profitable revenue growth, develop the account and the relationship management strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Expert knowledge of Category Management.
* Good working knowledge of Irish Grocery retail sector.
* Clear understanding of legalities around store layouts and restrictions around certain categories.
* Expert knowledge of specifics of store equipment, refrigeration and suppliers of same.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Team Management experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate appropriately to a variety of internal and external audiences and to all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent Negotiation skills.
* Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
* Project Management Certificate/Degree (Desirable).
