We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and will work a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
The Global Mobility Solutions team provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage policy administration including membership adjustments, audits, invoicing, and queries (claims & benefits).
Support the renewal and new business process including drafting and executing quotation requests and creating recommendation reports.
Assist the consulting team by gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets for various client projects.
Complete anti‑money laundering checks, set up policies, engage clients, and draft renewal reports.
Set up client records and new business reports.
Deliver analytical support to the consulting team and clients in line with MMB's targets.
Build strong working relationships with the consulting team, wider Global Mobility Solutions teams across Europe, clients, and providers.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in international medical insurance or the broader insurance sector.
Understanding of domestic and/or international employee benefits and the financial services industry.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
Strong administration, time‑management, and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and previous experience managing stakeholders.
Strong client focus and a proactive attitude to work within a team.
