Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound sales and customer service calls, emails, and chat.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Set up new client accounts and ensure accurate documentation is completed.
* Update customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
* Provide outstanding customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Process renewals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognized qualification in insurance (APA or CIP) and commit to ongoing professional development.
* Possess at least one year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
* Be passionate about working within the insurance industry and have a drive to succeed.
