About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, based in Dublin. This role will initially focus on payroll support, with scope to increase hours over time as the business continues to grow.Key Responsibilities PayrollSupport the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrollsCollate payroll inputs including hours worked, changes, starters and leaversAssist with payroll uploads, validation checks, and reportingRespond to first-line payroll queries from employeesCalculate holiday pay and sick pay, and deal with related queriesSupport compliance with Revenue requirements (PAYE, PRSI, USC, etc.)Support Auto-Enrolment compliance, including reporting to NAERSAMaintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentationControls & CoverAdhere to established SOPs and internal controlsProvide payroll cover during annual leave and peak periodsExperience & Skills1–3 years' experience in a payroll administration roleIPASS qualification (essential)Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working with Excel and payroll/finance systemsAbility to work independently and manage own workloadExperience with Bright Pay payroll system an advantage (training provided)Experience with Xero accounting system an advantage (training provided)Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skillsSelf-motivated, reliable, and proactive approach to workWorking HoursHybrid working modelTuesday to Friday9:00am – 5:00pmSalaryDependent on experienceJob Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 35 per weekBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in The Liberties, Dublin 8, CO.
