Marketing Executive - Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts from proposal stage through to delivery of work, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programmes.
* Develop and implement high-performance marketing strategies, including setup, management, and optimization of digital marketing channels.
* Oversee project management, creating briefs and timelines, scheduling work, and managing production to meet deadlines.
* Utilize marketing platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and GA4 to drive results.
* Monitor and report on tactics and results, compiling monthly reports for clients based on data from analytics tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams to research, shape, and draft concepts and copy for marketing assets, creating engaging content that drives results.
* Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients through effective communication and organization.
Requirements:
* At least four years' experience in digital campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
* Proactive, self-starter with a clear capacity to learn and adapt.
* Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on tactical execution.
* Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is essential.
* Familiarity with social advertising, PPC, and SEO is highly desirable.
* Ability to create persuasive content that engages audiences.
* A willingness to share knowledge and best practices with the team.
* High degree of proactivity, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines.
