Role Description
Reporting to the Global HR Director, this is a full-time role, based on-site at our global headquarters in Shannon. As a Human Resource Business Partner within IAC Group the HRBP will play a strategic role in supporting operational excellence across the business. This is an opportunity to partner directly with management and senior leaders, drive workforce planning, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement in a technically advanced, highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection (source, screen, interview etc.).
Manage Work Authorisations (work permits, visa's).
Ensure employee records are complete and accurately maintained (payroll, files and systems).
Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to both employees and managers.
Implement HR policies and guidelines and to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Conduct exit interviews.
Handle employee relations matters.
Support effective communication and engagement.
Conduct investigations and disciplinary's.
Drive and implement change.
Support talent development.
Weekly and monthly HR reporting.
Assist with payroll processing.
Support managers and teams to ensure high levels of performance are achieved and to develop their capabilities for the future needs of the business.
Other related responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Required
3+ years HR operational experience.
Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies.
Experience in Employee Relations and Labour and Employment Law.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
CIPD accredited.
Prior experience in the aviation or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in Irish labour laws and regulations.
