Key Manager – International Strategy & Growth

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid model available)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Salary: Executive-level remuneration package commensurate with experience and strategic scope

Kingstown College is a globally accredited leader in executive coaching, leadership development, and well-being education. With a strong legacy of delivering transformative education across sectors, we are now entering a new phase of international growth. We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Key Manager to lead this global expansion strategy from our Irish office.

Role Overview

This is a newly created, high-impact executive role designed to accelerate Kingstown College's global growth agenda.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and senior leader with a proven track record of expanding education and/or professional service organisations internationally. Operating at the intersection of innovation, coaching, education, and international business, the Key Manager will be responsible for:

* Identifying high-potential markets
* Forging global partnerships
* Driving sustainable international revenue growth

This role requires a deep understanding of international market dynamics, the ability to influence at senior levels across sectors, and the strategic insight to shape and execute an ambitious growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Global Expansion

* Lead the development and implementation of Kingstown College's international market strategy, aligned with long-term institutional goals.

Senior-Level Stakeholder Engagement

* Cultivate high-level relationships with global corporate clients, education institutions, governmental bodies, and international accreditation agencies.

Business Acumen and Commercial Growth Leadership

* Design and drive commercial strategies to increase market share, revenue, and impact in targeted international regions.

Executive Representation

* Serve as a key ambassador of Kingstown College globally, representing the College at strategic forums, conferences, and international education networks.

Innovation in Programme Delivery

* Collaborate with academic and operational leaders to develop globally relevant programmes and delivery models suited to diverse markets.

Market Intelligence & Advisory

* Provide the CEO and leadership team with expert insights into international trends, regulatory considerations, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Influence

* Ensure strategic alignment across marketing, operations, digital, and academic teams to support a cohesive and agile international expansion model and solution-orientated approach for Kingstown College.

Essential Experience & Attributes

* Significant experience in a senior strategic leadership role with international remit.
* Proven track record in growing international markets in the education, coaching, or professional development sectors.
* Demonstrated success in developing global partnerships, licensing models, or transnational education strategies.
* Exceptional gravitas and influence; capable of engaging with C-suite, government, and academic leaders globally.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial fluency and strong business development capabilities. Experience in consultative selling essential.
* Experienced Learning and Development Professional to support consultative selling and aid in targeting opportunities with senior stakeholders.
* Customer relationship and pipeline management experience to support growing portfolio across regions with senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with an execution-focused, collaborative leadership style.
* Strategic planning and execution capabilities to manage development and delivery of complex programs across large multinational organisations.
* Influencing and negotiation skills important to maximise business opportunities.
* Deep cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
* Foreign language an advantage.
* A proven background in sales leadership, including leading high-performing sales teams, is highly desirable to support Kingstown College's future growth and expansion objectives.
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing coaching cultures or programmes within large organisations, with a strong working knowledge of ICF and/or EMCC competencies and ethics in organisational contexts.
* Individual coach accreditation with the ICF or EMCC is essential, ensuring the ability to represent Kingstown College with authenticity and professional credibility.

Education

* A relevant Doctorate (e.g., HR, Education, Business, Psychology) or an MBA from a recognised institution is highly desirable.
* Additional qualifications or certifications in coaching, leadership, or adult learning are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €100,000.00-€150,000.00 per year
