This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused Financial Controller to join this close knit finance team.
Reporting into the Finance Director, our client require an experienced Senior Finance Professional to manage the day-to-day of their finance function, playing a hands on role within the business.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Oversee preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts, including analysis, reconciliations, and Group reporting.
Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against targets.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support senior management decision-making.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and other departments to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
Experience in financial management and budget/forecasting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
