Student Accommodation Manager

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level qualification in hospitality management or business and at least 2 years front line management experience in a busy service environment.
You will oversee a rigorous property management regime, manage a vibrant summer business activity providing high quality guest accommodation and assist in the management of day-to-day operations of a busy student residence.
The Role:
This role involves managing a large team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and enhancing the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high quality guest accommodation.
* Oversee daily operations, including property management and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student living experience.
* Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business.
* At least 2 years front line management experience in a busy service environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of property management systems and software.
