A top-tier Dublin law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its market-leading team. The firm advises on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile corporate transactions in Ireland, often with an international or cross-border dimension. Clients include leading Irish and global companies, financial institutions, public bodies, and successful entrepreneurs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate law (from a large, medium, or boutique firm)
Excellent drafting and technical skills, with strong attention to detail
Proven track record in client service excellence
Commercially minded, practical, and solutions-focused
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
Strong work ethic and a flexible, collaborative approach
