Job Description
Co-ordinate and administer the CE Scheme for Great Island Area Projects CLG, as per guidelines set out by the DSP. Report to the Chairperson of the sponsoring Committee on a daily basis and engage with the Board of Directors and all sponsoring organisations. Maintain a computerized book‑keeping system, payroll, PRSI and revenue returns and administration of CE Scheme for audit purposes. Manage 32 participants in 13 locations and provide them with development and training opportunities. Provide ongoing supervisor support to participants in relation to placements, development opportunities and further employment. Coordinate the recruitment of participants as per the DSP guidelines including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews. Ensure that all attendance records, annual leave and sick leave records are kept up to date. Ensure the CE Scheme is compliant with financial programme and training monitoring requirements as detailed in the CE operating procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with experience of MS Office.
Candidates must have attained a major third‑level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management or related disciplines and have 3 years’ supervisory experience. Garda vetting will apply.
3 days per week: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday; 23 hours.
