We have exciting career opportunities available at the Hugh Campbell Hair Group, Limerick. We are looking for an experienced front of house salon coordinator / receptionist to join our award-winning team.
The ideal candidates would have salon experience be available to work full-time, Monday- Saturday, including a late-night on Thursdays and have worked in a similar front-facing supervisory role for a minimum of 3 years. They would have a keen interest in the hair, fashion and beauty industry.
Ideal applicants would display a friendly, courteous and professional manner with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. They would be confident with a supervisory and leadership role. Experience with managing social media platforms such as Instagram would be a distinct advantage. Please note this position involves working between our three different locations in Limerick city centre or in the Castletroy area. The role includes Saturdays and a late night.
The salon coordinator/ receptionist role involves:
- All duties required in the day to day running of the salon
- Answering calls in a timely manner and booking appointments for clients
- Welcoming clients to the salon and informing staff members of their arrival
- Monitoring the clients journey and experience through the salon
- Checking out clients by taking payments for services and offering rebooking's
- Assigning breaks, lunches and organising the salon roster with the Manager
- Assisting clients with retail purchases - Haircare and Electrical.*
- Retail stock takes and ordering to maintain stock levels
- Delegating jobs to staff to maintain salon hygiene and cleanliness
- Ordering salon supplies
- Cash up and reconciliation
- Key holder - opening and closing of salon
