* **Risk Management:** Proactively assess and manage product-related risks, safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets.
* **Custody Expertise**: 5 years of experience in custody in complex, global, and matrixed organizations.
* **Digital & Data Expertise with an AI-First Mindset in Financial Services:** Data driven and a proactive AI-first mindset to identify and apply solutions within custody operations and client experience.
* **Strategic & Commercial Acuity:** Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes through forward-looking product innovation roadmaps, executing client value propositions across positioning, segmentation, pricing, and digital delivery channels.
* **Risk & Compliance Ownership**: Adept at assessing and managing product-related risks, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets.
