The successful candidate must have:
* A full Childcare Qualification as listed on the DCEDIY recognised Childcare Qualifications. Must be a minimum Level 6 from a recognised body (Level 7 would be advantageous)
* A minimum of 1 years paid working experiencewithin a Room Leader/Lead Educator Role in a creche environment - working with children from 12-24 months.
* A good knowledge of the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016.
* Knowledge of working with Siolta and Aistear.
* First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Safety certificated (in date) are an advantage, but not essential (will be required to undertake as part of training within the role).
* A sincere and genuine love for working with young children

* Good interpersonal and communication skills
