3 x Administration Assistants
to join our team in
Limerick
Contract Type:
1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Salary Scale:
€28,377 to €45,992 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments)
This pay scale is subject to increases in **** in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave Entitlement
: 30 Days pro rata per annum

To support the administration process within the Assessment of Need Office.

The successful candidate will have
A minimum of 2 years relevant reception/secretarial/administrative experience
Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Experience of working with a database software system.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Must be eligible to work in the state
Experience of working at reception/switchboard
Experience of working in a health care setting
