Location: Cork, Ireland
Position: Permanent
The Role
* Manage Cash Flow and Petty Cash
* Process Invoices and Purchase Orders
* Manage Accounts Receivable, Assess Finance Charges and Contact Payees regarding past due payments
* Manage Accounts Payable
* Review Terms and Conditions of pending contracts
* Monitor Charges to Corporate Credit Cards and Process Monthly Employee Expense Reimbursements
* Process Payroll processes
* Other duties and support for Operations Department as necessary
Requirements
* Professional Bookkeeping qualifications
* Held a prior position in bookkeeping for a minimum of 3 years
* In depth knowledge of financial software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate professionally with all clients, partners, and staff
* Positive outlook and personality
* Willing to pitch in and help others
* Self-motivated, team-player, focused on exceeding expectations
* Ability and desire to work both in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
