Overview
HGV Class 2 Driver to join Panda Recycling, Ireland's largest waste management business and a member of the Beauparc Group. Location: Cork depot (T45 R585). You will drive a range of Class 2 vehicles, including skip, RoRo, and bin lorries.
Responsibilities
* Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety.
* Effectively manage your route to complete assigned collections and deliveries.
* Maintain accurate electronic and written records.
* Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure your vehicle is kept clean and presentable.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
* A clean and valid Category C licence.
* A current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
* You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
Benefits & Compensation
* Hourly pay: €17.50, with a contracted 42.5-hour work week.
* Bonuses: Additional €20 per day (€14 attendance bonus + €6 daily KPI bonus).
* Subsistence allowance: €17.92 per day.
* Work pattern: Full-time with a stable rotating shift, early starts between 4am and 6am, fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday for predictability.
