A role that combines leadership with operational expertise, where you will oversee a team of professionals in the food and beverage sector. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and financial performance.
With previous experience in catering or bar management, preferably at a supervisory level, you will demonstrate your ability to lead a team and have a good understanding of financial awareness and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive in dealing with guest queries, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be required to support the back-of-house operation and develop your skills by working in various units with different service styles and volumes.
The working hours are flexible, with a minimum of 150 hours per 4-week period. This may involve working on public holidays, Christmas, and New Year, but with a premium rate of pay for Sunday hours.
