Job Opportunity:
Administrative Support Specialist
This is a permanent, onsite role based in Monksland, offering excellent compensation and benefits.
The primary focus of this position will be to provide high-quality support to the Management Team and staff across a range of responsibilities while managing all office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
1. Provide proactive, comprehensive support to the Management Team and staff, including administrative tasks, travel planning, and coordination of meetings.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for welcoming and assisting visitors, serving as an ambassador for the company.
3. Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings, including video conferences.
4. Administer ID systems, including issuing badges for permanent and fixed-term employees.
5. Assist with various business areas as needed, providing administrative support and collaborating with the Management Team and employees.
6. Monitor and ensure follow-up on agreed action points, ensuring timely completion.
Key Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
2. Experience with Social media (desirable).
3. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
