The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics, authorising maintenance works, and coordinating activities between clients and suppliers.
* Authorise repairs and manage SMR costs within set guidelines
* Coordinate CVRT test requirements and vehicle movement
* Liaise with manufacturers on after-sales policies and quality issues
* Provide technical advice to clients and suppliers
* Maintain accurate records and deliver outstanding customer service
