About this Role:
The purpose of the Central Processing Unit Administrator is to maintain all customer records accurately, to ensure that all transactions are processed on day of receipt and ensure that all actions are completed in adherence to all controlled policies, procedures and legislative requirements while providing exceptional customer service and minimising risk.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
* Maintain financial information & records so that they are up to date, accurate and accessible
* Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in information
* Complete all Operational Finance Processes
* Process Customer driven transactions, including refunds, journals, cash payments
* Process customer settlements
* Process Bad Debt write offs
* Proactive management of unallocated/suspense cash items, including required follow up with IT/External suppliers so payment can beallocatedtocorrect customer.
* Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations including support for all Central Processing Unit(CPU)teamassociated activities
Compliance through Risk Management
* Documentation Creation and Maintenance for all owned processes
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
* Maintain accurate records for Audit Purposes
* Ensure all tasks are conducted in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements
Customer Service
* Ensure that all internal and external relationships are maintained at high standards whilst exhibiting a high level of customer service
* Ensure queries identified and resolved without delay to ensure superior level of customer service is delivered at all times andfacilitateunnecessarypayment delays
* Proactive identification of opportunities to improve the banking and Central Processing Unit functions
Skills & Experience
* Degree in business / finance or equivalent (Essential)
* Relevant Business/Accounting qualification (Desirable)
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in financial services
* Relevant experience in financial services (Desirable)
