We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior Implementation Team Lead to join our Implementation team based in Skerries. You'll play a key role in leading successful onboarding experiences for Alkimii's new customers. You'll own implementations from end to end, support and mentor a growing team of Implementation Specialists, and help optimise how we deliver value at scale.This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be actively delivering implementations while also helping shape our processes, tools, and customer journey.You'll be the go-to person for escalations, best practices, and team coordination — ensuring our standards remain high and our customers feel confident from day one.What is Alkimii?At Alkimii, we're on a mission to revolutionise how hospitality businesses manage People and Property Operations.
