Job Summary:
* This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part Time Finance Manager and drive business success through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including report packs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Develop and implement annual budgets and rolling forecasts
3. Manage cash flow and oversee weekly payroll for a team of employees
4. Ensure compliance with revenue and CSO returns
5. Coordinate the annual audit process
6. Collaborate closely with the Management Team to achieve business objectives
7. Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting professional development and growth
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Advanced Excel skills, with Xero experience an advantage
