We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to support the delivery of exceptional, person‑centred care in a warm and supportive environment.
About The Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the Person in Charge (PIC) in leading the nursing team, maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and organisational policies. You will play a key role in creating a respectful, safe, and person‑centred environment where residents feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership, clinical supervision, and day‑to‑day guidance to nursing and care teams.
Support the PIC in the overall management and operation of the nursing home.
Promote and uphold a culture of person‑centred care, ensuring residents’ dignity, choice, and independence are respected at all times.
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, policies, and best practice guidelines.
Support safeguarding practices and ensure all concerns are appropriately managed and reported.
Contribute to the delivery of holistic care, addressing residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Act as a clinical role model, supporting staff development, training and continuous improvement.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including day, night and weekend shifts.
Participate in the on‑call rota as required.

What We Are Looking For
Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN
Minimum 6 years’ post registration nursing experience
Previous management experience desirable
Passion for gerontology and dementia care
Strong clinical, organisational and leadership skills
Nursing home experience desirable
