Stylist
An exciting opportunity to join our team at Brown Thomas Limerick as a Stylist, where you will play a fundamental role in bringing our products and customers together.
You will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across our busy store floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
As part of our team, you will support handling first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system, and work closely with your management team to reach store targets, sell our collections to customers, and ensure stores are looking fabulous at all times.
You will be provided with great training tools and product knowledge, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress in a career with AllSaints.
The Role
* Style customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
* Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available for customers and floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
* Handle and respond to first line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders via our online customer service system.
* Empower customers to make service decisions to resolve their issue whilst retaining their loyalty and trust.
* Greet customers into our store and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit.
* Work as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development.
About You
* Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills.
* Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and values - supporting and influencing peers and customers alike.
* Can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm - interacting with customers and colleagues on busy shop floors.
* Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure.
* Tech-savvy, processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools and responding to customer queries using online customer service system.
* Active awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new product launches - passionate advocate of all things AllSaints.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Possess a love for fashion and be an irresistible ambassador for AllSaints.
